What We Believe

Capital Community Church embraces the Bible as God's revelation of Himself to the world. It is authoritative.
Although written thousands of years ago, the message of the Bible is applicable to people today.

The death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ is more than just a beautiful narrative of redemption. It is a series of recorded historical events which affect us even today.
The message of the Cross is applicable to our everyday lives: God's love for us in practice means we have the opportunity to live our life to the fullest.

The Bible is clear. God loves us, in spite of our rebellion and choices that lead us away from Him everyday. He loves us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die in our place and to bridge the gap between Him and ourselves, bringing us salvation. But God didn’t just send His son to die for our sins, He filled us with the Holy Spirit to enable us to know Christ more fully and to give us the power to live and share the abundant life promised to all who trust and obey Him. And through His grace, He allows us to be a part of His family, a beautiful diverse group of people called the church.

Capital Community Church is a Pentecostal church that believes in vibrant worship, passionate preaching, and the gifts of the Spirit in operation within our congregation.
