Founder, Lead Pastor
Chester Mitchell is the Lead Pastor of Capital Community Church in Ashburn Virginia, which he and his wife founded in 1996. Pastor Mitchell has used his gifts as a church planter, communicator, leadership coach and mentor to impart God’s grace and motivate people to reach their highest potential. He is the author of two books, The Gravel Road To Heaven and The Healing Road To Heaven.
Pastor Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Queens College of the City University of New York (1980). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Christian Life College in Stockton, California (1984). Prior to his ministry in Virginia, he served from 1984-1996 as the Executive Pastor of Christian Life Center in Stockton under his mentor Bishop Kenneth F. Haney. Pastor Mitchell’s ministry has taken him across the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, El Salvador, Haiti, and Jamaica where he and his wife Marion were born. The two have been happily married for 35 years.

MARION MITCHELL

Marion Mitchell is the wife of Sr. Pastor Chester Mitchell. Aside from being a devoted wife, she serves CCC as the director of women’s ministries. Mrs. Mitchell is the founder of the QUENCH Women’s Conference and has spoken to women across the United States and abroad. She is known as a woman of prayer and a woman with a powerful prophetic gift.
CALEB DEHART

Caleb is a Virginia native, born and raised in Richmond. He met his wife, Mandy, while attending college in St. Louis, Missouri and they married in 2014. In 2019, God granted them their biggest surprise and blessing to date... identical twin boys, Jaxon and Jude.
Caleb has served in various ministerial roles over the past decade including pastoral ministry, music ministry, and organizational leadership. He has served in both full-time and bi-vocational ministry. His secular business experience includes managing a medical practice, being a licensed Real Estate Broker and most recently, owning a construction company in Central Virginia. Caleb is a graduate of Urshan College and Missouri Baptist University, having earned an Associate of Arts in Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Pastoral Counseling.

TERRENCE BRIDGES
TEACHING PASTOR
Terrence defines himself as a lover of God and His Word, which he loves to teach. In 1987, he became a follower of Jesus Christ while in the US Navy. After receiving his honorable discharge from the Navy in 1989, he pursued Biblical studies at Christian Life College and earned two Bachelors of Arts degrees in Theology and Missions. The day after he graduated in 1993, he immediately married his lovely wife, Carol Bridges. God opened a door in 1996 for him to join the North Park Apostolic Church’s pastoral staff located in San Diego where he served for five years. In 2001, the Bridges moved to Ashburn with their beloved son Justin.
KEVIN HOWARD
Pastor of Creative Arts
Pastor Kevin oversees the Creative Arts ministry which includes the WorshipLife team as the main lead worship voice for CCC. He and his wife Pam of 30 years have been impacted by the dynamic ministry of Pastor and Sis Mitchell since the late 1980s and have been blessed to serve at CCC through the years and also full time beginning in 2014.
Kevin also travels full time as a ministry consultant around the globe working with worship teams large and small. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance from the University of Washington, Seattle. He loves being a small part of what God is doing in the Global Church!

CAROL BRIDGES
Financial Administrator
and Personal Assistant
Sister Carol Bridges was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica by Ronald and Evelyn Bridgemahon. She became a God-Chaser at an early age, being baptized in Jesus’ name by age six and being filled with the Holy Ghost by age eleven. She started her working career at an accounting firm where she was an accounting and auditing clerk for two years. In 1993, she married her best friend and love of her life, Terrence Bridges. She is the proud mother of their son, Justin.
In 2001, she moved to Ashburn, Virginia to be closer to her family. She currently serves in the capacity of Financial Administrator and Secretary and Personal Assistant to Pastor and Sis Mitchell.

MANDY DEHART
Assistant Director of Creative Arts
Mandy is originally from Orlando, Florida. In 2008, Mandy moved to St. Louis, Missouri to attend college. There, she met her husband, Caleb. They married in 2014. In 2019, God blessed their family with identical twin boys,
Jaxon and Jude.

Administrative Assistant
Tiffany is originally from Dunedin, Florida. She married Gregory Bowe in 1997 and is the mother of three children, Janiyah, Josiah, and Jadzia. They moved to Northern VA in Dec. 2016 and started attending CCC. Tiffany has a passion for morale, communication, and improving organizational structures and systems.
Tiffany has served in various ministerial roles over the past 20 years including pastoral, youth, new members, Genesis Christian Academy, office, and church administration. She earned an associate's from St. Petersburg College with a concentration in Addiction Counseling.
